>>Temporary Tattoos Customized For Special Events

Posted On: 29-Sep-09

The “I Do” Tattoo10269759-image-of-one-bridal-tattoo-design[1]

Temporary Tattoos can be used just for fun and as memorabilia for special events.  The I Do Tattoo was created for the bridal day ritual “something blue” in weddings.  The package comes with two temporary tattoos of your chosen design; one for the wedding day and one for practice.  These tattoos and a framed, silver, scratch resistant screen-print of the tattoo are encased in a blue folio that opens like a book for keepsake memorabilia.  It’s a way for the bride to remember this special day.

Different ideas can be used for other special events such as anniversaries, birthdays, etc.  We at www-temporarytattoos.com can custom create these tattoos that will bring back so many memories.  Even though this memorabilia is for a single person, guests at these types of functions could get a copy without casing so that they can also share the same memories.  That’s why our low priced minimum order of 500 tattoos won’t be an issue.

>>Child Scarred for life from Henna Tattoo with PPD

Posted On: 28-Sep-09

Child’s Scar Left from Henna with Additional Harmful Dye

Charlie, a little boy on a holiday in Portugal with his parents, begged his parents to get a henna tattoo by a street artist on the Algarve. Within days, Charlie started reacting to the henna tattoo he received, bleeding and blistering causing him to be rushed to the hospital where he received a course of antibiotics.henna_tattoos

This situation is not a reaction to henna.  Henna is a harmless natural plant extract that fades within days.  The henna used on Charlie was mixed with a cheap hair dye paraphenylenediamine or PPD which burned the skin.  Now Charlie will have permanent scarring on his arm.

Temporary tattoos are loved by children and it would be a shame to ban an entire product because of a bad situation like this one. It is illegal to use PPD in henna tattoos and most salons use pure henna, which rarely causes allergies.  But these rules are not always enforced, especially on beaches and in developing countries.  That’s why you have to be careful where you get temporary tattoos.  Don’t simply get the tattoo without researching first; ask questions, don’t get a reaction and ask questions later.

The website www-TemporaryTattoos.com only has temporary tattoos that are guaranteed 100% safe.  All the ingredients that are used for every tattoo are FDA approved. This is important since many other tattoo manufacturers cut costs in this area and that is not safe. The ingredients are printed on the back of every tattoo along with the instructions to apply the tattoo and to remove it.

Before you order tattoos there are 3 things that you can do to guarantee safety:

  1. Ask for literature that shows that all inks are safe according to the FDA
  2. Ask for positive feedback remarks from other customers that used the product in the past
  3. Look the company up with the Better Business Bureau, and make sure they have a good rating.

Prevent situations like the above, research the companies you receive your temporary tattoos from.

>>Safety At Home With Small Children

Posted On: 03-Sep-09

Safe Temporary Tattoos Matters To My Customer

Why Not Extend Your Safety Concerns to Your Home Office

I am proud to say that my tattoos are the safest tattoos you can buy in North America.
I only use FDA Approved inks. This means you could eat my tattoos and not have a problem. (except for a paper cut on your tongue – so don’t try that at home)

I was visiting a friend the other day who is also a customer. She runs many school events and is a busy Mom. She uses my tattoos for the sports teams she supervises and other group activities. I was sitting in her office and noticed it was quite cluttered. She has young children so I know safety is important to her. (that’s why she only uses my tattoos)

I did some research and came up with these important home office tips!

== Childproof Your Home Office ==

If you are active at home and have small children about, safety is paramount. Guard against these common home-office dangers:

• Cords. Keep phone lines, electrical cords, and windows cords looped and out of children’s reach to reduce potential strangulation hazards.
• Clutter. Small objects like pen caps, loose change, rubbers bands, and the like can easily choke a small child (or pet). Keep your workspace clear of anything that might find its way down a little one’s throat.

• Shelving and storage. Keep file cabinets locked so children can’t open them up and cause them to fall over.

• Sharp edges. Scissors, letter openers, and other sharp objects should be kept out of reach — and out of sight – to prevent injuries.

• Chemicals. Cleaning supplies, liquid paper, ink cartridges, and the like can be hazardous if ingested. Don’t leave them accessible to curious kids.

I hope this helps.
